We are a close-knit, highly diverse community of very passionate volunteers, working around the clock to fulfill our organization's mission.

What We Do

We help improve the lives of less privileged families in Africa. We provide them with food, help them secure jobs, and supply them with capital to start their own small business to generate sustainable income.

Get Involved

There are many ways you can help get involved and help improve the lives of families living in poverty in the African continent. You can choose to make a donation, sponsor a family, and volunteer your time and skills.

SPONSOR A FAMILY IN NEED

Each month, our liaisons in Africa identify new families in desperate need of assistance. While we your donation will help all these families, your sponsorship will go directly and specifically to the family or families of your choice.

Hellen Agonyo

Uganda

Hellen works in a farm and despite spending her entire income on food and household essentials, it is still not sufficient to cover the needs of her family. To make matters worse, Hellen and her children have been victims of domestic violence. “It breaks my heart that my husband is an alcoholic. OUR REACH

Our first country of service was Ghana. Since our AFIM founder is originally from Ghana, it was easy to gather our targets with the help of our Ghanaian volunteers through Social Welfare to support them. As our organization has grown, we have established ourselves in Nigeria and Uganda due to the generous efforts of our volunteer liaisons. 

We currently serve three countries:
Uganda, Ghana and Nigeria
