My  husband and I had to deal with a lot in life. Life has been throwing difficulties at us and we are tackling it at our own pace.We don't have kids to rely on at old age. Everyone in the family is old and can't work for a living.

As a mother, my life will always have a part of emptiness because I lost both my children. A part of me whom I nurtured and loved immensely left the world. One of my children died due to tetanus, which we couldn't treat due to our economic instability. My other son was a driver and died in a car crash a few years back. Since then, I had to battle with physical and emotional struggles. We rely on our neighbours for food and clothing. There are nights when we sleep empty on stomach because there is no food left in the house. Some of my relatives also have been generous enough to donate us food and other necessities.

I have been a part of AFIM recently as they visited me and acknowledged the struggles my family was dealing with.

We are hoping to get some donations with food supplies and some medicines for my aunt. My heart is blissful to come through such wonderful people who have been doing great work for humanity.
