Kayesu Jovia
Uganda | Central Kampala
live with her 8 children
My name is Kayesu Jovia. I am 46 years of age.
I live with my eight children in Uganda
in Central Kampala in kisalosaloy village.

We are extremely delighted by the kind touch we have received in securing food and essentials.
Several years ago, I got divorced from my husband. This unplanned break-up had put black shadows on my life that negatively affected me emotionally and financially. I became responsible for funding my family, where I am striving to attain the fundamental needs of food and clothes.
As I am an uneducated woman with no job, I sell Tea on the side of the roads to prevent hunger from entering my home. In my work, I am experiencing hardships that tore my courage. Attending school has become a fantasy for my children because I can't pay the fees.
I would love to thank Africa in Me for being very generous to my family. We are extremely delighted by the kind touch we have received in securing food and essentials. I am glad some people work hard for only humanity.
